the day after
so...it's the day after...
so. i was sociable. apparently i am not only a cougar, but i am a christmas orphan. my parents ditched me for christmas. it is a legitimate term. there was another christmas orphan at the function i attended yesterday. he was very dry humoured. it was an interesting day. i think i may bullet point my points:
so. i was sociable. apparently i am not only a cougar, but i am a christmas orphan. my parents ditched me for christmas. it is a legitimate term. there was another christmas orphan at the function i attended yesterday. he was very dry humoured. it was an interesting day. i think i may bullet point my points:
- my friend's aunt was very entertaining.
- my friend's 'brother-in-law' cooked a great brunch and then told us the portion sizes we were allowed. because i don't generally eat pork i managed to trade my bacon for another kransky...which...i know...probably contains pork. but since it is in another form it doesn't count. because i said so.
- we spent the entire christmas brunch discussing penises. this is a very weird topic to be covering with my friend's parents, who i have known since i was 12, at the table...but i think they will get over it (see number 1...i think the aunt alleviated the embarrassment by her questions and being entertaining, to the serious embarrassment of her 18 year old daughter).
- they did not play endless christmas music...and not once was snoopy played. there is one person i know who will appreciate that.
- subsequent to point 4. i walked to my function yesterday as it was only 20 minutes up the road. it's great to reduce one's carbon footprint especially since i had a two hour drive later in the day. anyhoo... (and i hope you can follow this...you know who you are...)...i had occasion to walk past the house of the mother-in-law of the person who tries to avoid snoopy's christmas...you would not believe how tempted i was to stop outside said house and in true roving carollers (ha ha) style sing said banned piece of music hoping that the target was there, but i didn't. that was my christmas present to you, mwah!
- i have stated in a previous entry that i like sport (understatement i know). i am watching the boxing day 20/20. it is close. it also is NOT the boxing day test. this displeases me.
yeah...so...this is a long posting. if people start reading this and talk to me, i may do more longer ones....that always assumes people find me interesting...
until next time...

It's not christmas til Snoopy delivers the goods
Bah Humbug.
and to all of those big kids out there...and you know who you are...who love christmas...merry christmas...eat drink and be merry!
and to those of you who avoid Snoopy's Christmas, some of us don't believe it's christmas til we hear it once...this year christmas arrived on the last day of school. we sang it in final assembly. better than the real thing!
anyhoo...off to my friends place to eat...and possibly socialise...

inspiration
so...here's the haps...i'm back
katie whatever (the kissed a girl chick)...has no idea. as with kissing boys it can be good or bad.
one of my blogging friends disclosed her new year's 08 resolutions. she fulfilled hers...i did too. but her blog will not accept anonymous (oh man..i have no idea how to spell that word when under the affluence of ilcohol, fingers crossed this is right) entries. i fulfilled mine...by the way...simple really and when i drafted this i had it in here...but i've edited it out...
next thing...my non gay friend. she's hot right?...i 'arranged' for her to kiss a chick...a new experience for her..and she aint even grateful...go figure...but...i don't blame her...the chick was a very BAD kisser...but we got free drinks out of it...so who were the real winners?
i'll write when i remember the rest...and one day i might even tell others about this so someone else will read it
bye

There's been a change...
...and before you get all excited...there's a new government. i'm not looking forward to their policies.
looking back to the last entry...production went very well...if i say so myself...still tired.
went to LA too...it was hot...i went 2 months ago and today, for the first time since, i put on the summer clothes i wore there...i know it'll get hotter...just when i leave for brisbane...and even then it won't be hot enough to compare with brissie...i hate it when it's too hot.
i've got reports to write...:(

choir school (the filthiest ever)
armed robbery
production rehearsals
passed a stupid course
changed my name
arson
anyone interested who wants to know more (ie no one) only needs to ask

hmmm..interesting...
hmmm...it is interesting when one reads back what one has said..and since i am the only one that reads this, i'm the only one who will find it interesting.
so yeah...he was married...but never saw him again...may still though. new one is much younger..is that wrong? and am i making myself sound more interesting than i actually am....and is all this interesting?
if you want to know what i am on about...read this...and than ask a question...i may reply :)
but no one finds this interesting enough to read so i think i am safe...
until i check again...

Baby Did A Bad Bad Thing
Yeah, so. I said that it was time for change, and you could say it has been...but not for the better methinks...so if he's married...is it still bad if you'll never, ever meet him...?

a bird flew into my window today
so i'm not quite sure what today's topic should be. i haven't put my title yet so i'll see where this writing takes me. i do agree with whoever said that everyone has a novel in them. i wrote a story when i was 8 about priscilla mouse. it was epic. not sure what happened to it. i think it was thrown out. i still regret that. also, my cousin and i spent our holidays writing poems once and i think she kept them. i won a prize at school for a poem i wrote once. so i must have some writing talent somewhere. i am going to write something other than the 5000 word essays i have to write for university, just not sure what i'm going to write about.
i decided on the heading for today's entry (not that anyone will read it, no one has yet, i live in hope that one day someone will). a bird flew into my laundry window today. it was a bit stunned so i picked it up off the ground and put it on my fence. i have a cat so i locked him inside. i checked every so often and eventually it wasn't there so it must've flown away so i trust it is ok. i think it was a thrush. i just spent a week with a person who adores birds, especially fantails. i think she'd be pleased with my response.

New Year Blah...
So for New Year's I was in London. That was kinda cool. Literally as it is winter up there. The tube was free til 4am so there were lots of drunk people riding it. I would've hated being the person who had to clean all the vomit off the carriages ready for the fee paying public.
I have made some resolutions. They are the same ones I make every year. This time I'm going to be proactive about trying to achieve them. The theme for 2008 is change.
